Academic Success Mission Statement:

The Academic Success Program offers courses and developmental services to enhance students’ access to and success in educational programs and to enhance the ability of individuals to function effectively in an increasingly complex society.

Nicolet College’s Academic Success provides a variety of educational needs including:

  • General Education Diploma (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) completion
  • Improving reading, writing, math and computer skills
  • Workplace success
  • Personal enrichment
  • Basic skills instruction for students before program entry or while enrolled in a technical or university transfer program
  • Study time/tutoring

GED/HSED Graduation Incentives:

Enrolled Lac du Flambeau Tribal Member General Education Diploma (GED) and High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) graduates are eligible to receive an incentive upon graduation (if available). Incentives are determined by the Education Department and may vary from year to year. Due to budgetary limitations, incentives may not be available.
