Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians
Any project on the Lac du Flambeau Reservation that involves construction, excavation, land clearing, or a change in how land is used requires a Land Use Application under Chapter 62 of the Tribal Code. The application is reviewed by tribal departments — including Land Management, Natural Resources, and Historic Preservation — before a permit is issued.
Submit your application online below. You'll receive a confirmation email with your application number, and the Land Use Dept will contact you if anything more is needed. Approved permits are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
For questions, please contact the Land Use Department at 715-588-2482.
No account needed to apply — we'll email you a link to sign in and follow your application.
