About the Tribal Land Management
The Lac du Flambeau Land Management Program provides a wide array of real estate services to the Tribe and its members. It also assists with general responsibility information for Tribal and Allotted lands within the boundaries of the Lac du Flambeau Reservation.
Services:
- Residential and commercial leasing of Tribal lands
- Purchase of fee and trust lands
- Assistance with the sale of member and non-member improvements
- Assistance with the Land Consolidation Pilot Project Program
- Coordination of the Tribal Green Sheet, with development permits
- Limited Probate services
- Limited survey services
- Assistance with easements/right-of-way issues
