The Lac du Flambeau Family Resource Center provides a wide range of outpatient behavioral health services and programs to the Lac du Flambeau community to ensure the support and preservation of family life and well being on the Reservation.
Anybody is welcome to request services at the FRC by stopping in and asking for a “Request for Services” Form. This form can also be mailed, or in special circumstances, at your request, filled out with you over the phone. New Requests are reviewed at a weekly staffing and assigned to a provider either requested or clinically a best-fit. Clients are always free to request a change in provider; this will be reviewed by the Clinical Director and accomodated if possible.

This is a way to access the Wellbriety 12 step meeting that meets once a week on Thursday nights. There are other meetings, not only related to substances, but a wide variety of support group meetings.
